• Identify manpower requirements based on project/client needs in coordination with HR & Operations.
• Source skilled and unskilled manpower locally and internationally through agencies, vendors, and direct channels.
• Negotiate terms, rates, and contracts with manpower suppliers to ensure cost efficiency.
• Manage relationships with manpower agencies and maintain an updated vendor database.
• Ensure timely mobilization and deployment of manpower to project sites.
• Review supplier proposals and ensure manpower quality as per client standards.
• Prepare purchase orders, agreements, and manpower supply contracts.
• Monitor supplier performance and compliance with labor laws and immigration regulations.
