POSITION SUMMARY The Mansion Butler is responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized service to guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay experience. This role oversees all aspects of the guest journey within the assigned mansion or villa, from pre-arrival preparations to departure, anticipating guest needs and preferences at all times. Welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in experience in accordance with brand standards. Coordinate mansion readiness, including room setup, amenities, and special requests. Act as the primary point of contact for guests, handling all requests efficiently and discreetly, and ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution. Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, and billing details. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure service excellence, including Housekeeping, In-Villa Dining, Engineering, and Security. Monitor guest accounts, verify billing accuracy, and ensure all charges are properly recorded. Handle all payment processes in accordance with company policies and procedures. Provide tailored recommendations on resort facilities, dining, and local experiences. Anticipate guest needs, proactively offering services that enhance the overall stay. Handle guest concerns with professionalism, ensuring service recovery aligns with luxury hospitality standards. Support daily operations by maintaining detailed logs, reports, and communication records. Ensure all safety, security, and confidentiality standards are upheld. Assist management in guiding and supporting team members, serving as a role model in delivering exceptional service. Foster a collaborative work environment, support team goals, and uphold company values and standards at all times.   PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Education: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related education preferred * Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in Front Office, Butler Service, or Guest Relations within a luxury hotel or resort * Supervisory Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or coordination role is an advantage * Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail * Language: Good command of English; additional languages are a plus       At Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity.
