Description

Reporting to the Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for safely preparing ingredients required for food service from a sanitary environment. The ideal candidate would have previous kitchen experience and are motivated by desire to progress in a dynamic, fast-paced, and challenging environment.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with doughs, rolling, filling and folding ravioli/mantis at high production volume
  • Minimum 1-3 years experience as a kitchen prep cook
  • Strong knife skills and use of kitchen equipment and utensils
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, mornings, and nights
  • Must be energetic with a passion for food and a positive attitude
  • Must be able to follow oral and written instructions
  • Must exhibit a high degree of professionalism (i.e., punctuality, commitment to the job, well-groomed, mannerly, great team work etc.)
  • Attention to detail
  • Food handling and health & safety training an asset
