Overview Role: Manual / CNC Grinder Location: Leamington Spa, Warwickshire Salary: Contractor £18.38 per hour / Permanent £35k - £36k per annum Role ID: 2026-3314 Our vision is to create a safe and sustainable world. The Role We are seeking a skilled precision grinder to work in our manual/CNC grinding department to deliver high quality low volume transmission components to the motorsport/aerospace industry. Key Responsibilities Set, operate, and create or edit programmes on the following machines: Studer S33/Favorit (Fanuc) Lambert bore grinder (Siemens control) Jones & Shipman (manual) Kellenberg universal grinder (manual). Key Competencies and Experience Previous precision grinding experience. Proficient in using precision measuring equipment. Able to read and interpret engineering drawings. Basic PC skills to maintain and update electronic systems. Good knowledge of grinding wheels, including grades, types, and grinding data.
