Machinist – Manual & CNC Lathes and mill
Barberton, Ohio
Pay: $27–$29/hour to start
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, Edit and maintain manual and CNC lathes and milling machines
  • Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
  • Perform precision measurements and inspections to ensure quality standards are met
  • Read Calipers and Micrometers
  • Troubleshoot issues and make adjustments as needed to maintain production accuracy
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment
  • Collaborate with the team to meet production schedules and quality goals

Qualifications

  • 3+ years hands experience operating manual and CNC lathes and mills
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and precision measuring instruments
  • Solid problem-solving skills with a commitment to quality and safety
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to a stable, growing company
