Description
Yates Industries, a leading manufacturer of hydraulic & pneumatic cylinders, is currently looking to hire a dependable, self-motivated individual, for our Austell, Georgia facility. Qualified candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with CNC setup and programming. Responsibilities and Duties •    Produce quality machined parts by programming, setting up, and final machining of all components. •    Write, store and retrieve programs for machined parts. •    Prioritize work orders for timely completion to accommodate customer needs. •    Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations. •    Maintain equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements, troubleshoot malfunctions, and repair equipment as needed Qualifications and Skills •    Set up, program, finish machine, and verify parts to print •    G code proficiency •    Skilled in programming and operating CNC Lathes. •    Competent with Mazak Mazatrol, Mazak Fusion, and Fanuc controls •    Able to read and interpret blueprints. •    Strong math skills. •    Analyze job orders, drawings, blueprints and/or specifications in order to calculate dimensions, tool selection, machine speed and feed rates. •    Programming gantry robots, bar feeders, and sub spindles a plus •    Can use inspection equipment such as micrometers, depth mic’s, O.D. mic’s, thread gauges and calipers.
