Job Summary:
We’re seeking a skilled Manual Lathe Machinist to join our Aerospace team in North York, ON. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you’ll be responsible for setting up and operating manual lathes to precision-machine large castings into finished products. If you have a strong background in machining and a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Set up and operate manual lathes (horizontal or vertical) to achieve precise specifications and tolerances.
- - Machine large castings into finished products, ensuring quality and precision in every component.
- Machining experience with high quality metals such as Inconel, Titanium, Aluminum, stainless steel
- Knowledge working with tight tolerances cylindrical parts of various lengths and wall thickness.
Perform a variety of machining operations, including:
