IS2 is seeking for a skilled Manual Machinist to join our clients small, specialized shop. This is not production work – instead, you’ll focus on custom, one-off projects, primarily machining rods, pistons, barrels, and tubes for hydraulic cylinders.
Location: West Edmonton, AB

• Machining custom rods, pistons, barrels, and tubes to precise specifications
• Performing weld prep for builds
• Working from drawings and specifications to deliver accurate, high-quality work
• Collaborating with a small team to support custom builds and repairs
• knowledge of teardown, inspection, honing, assembly of hydraulic cylinders
