OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in operating various machining equipment. This role requires proficiency in CNC programming, blueprint reading, and the use of hand tools and power tools. The Manual Machinist will play a crucial role in producing high-quality components while adhering to safety and quality standards.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in manual machining, with a solid understanding of CNC programming and operationFamiliarity with Fanuc controls is preferred
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
  • Experience in manufacturing environments, particularly in assembly and lean manufacturing practices
  • Ability to operate forklifts safely is a plus
  • Basic math skills are essential for performing calculations related to machining tasks
  • must have experience with manual milling, lathe, drill machines etc. have own tools and gauges.

Responsibilities
