Job Description: · Execute approved payment cycles through electronic banking system (CitiDirect, etc.) and follows defined Standard Operating Procedure and GFS policy within the treasury payments activities. · Country POC in terms of basic and simple inquiries related to vendor payments with minimal supervision. · Check and review scheduled payments pro-actively. · Ensure to follow up any payment issues using basic judgment and expected to offer solutions in handling issue resolution. · Responsible for monthly Inter-Company Netting exercise for support countries · No payment rejection, delay and duplicate payments · Keep adhoc requests to a minimum level and escalate as needed. · Continuously improve productivity and service quality · Participate in ad-hoc activities such as internal/external audit, tax audit, etc and provide necessary requirements as needed. · Ensure SOP or any process documentations are up to date, any changes are update timely. · Participate in the projects or improvement initiatives.
