We are expanding our IT Department and seeking a Manual QA Engineer to join our growing global team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional passionate about manual testing, product quality, and ensuring seamless trading experiences for our clients across platforms. Reporting to: QA Lead / Engineering Manager Key Responsibilities: Review functional requirements, specifications, and design documents to ensure full understanding and test coverage Design, document, and execute detailed manual test cases for web applications, internal tools, and integrations Perform functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing to ensure software quality and performance Execute UI testing across multiple browsers and devices, ensuring consistent behavior and responsive design Test new and existing functionality for bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues, reporting defects in detail Work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Managers to clarify requirements and validate fixes Ensure defects are properly tracked, verified, and closed in Jira or other tracking tools Participate in sprint ceremonies, daily stand-ups, and release readiness reviews Maintain structured and up-to-date test documentation in TestRail or equivalent systems Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and quality standards across teams Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field 4–5 years of hands-on experience as a Manual QA Engineer or Software Tester Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing Solid grasp of REST API, HTTP, JSON, and WebSocket concepts Skilled in using Jira, BrowserStack, TestRail, DevTools Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with SDLC Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills Good written and spoken English Nice to have: Understanding of trading platforms, CRM systems, or financial products (CFDs, stocks, cryptocurrencies) Experience testing systems with multiple integrations and real-time data flows Our Offer: A certified Great Place to Work®, reflecting our focus on culture, engagement, and professional development Dynamic, multicultural team with open and supportive leadership Ability to contribute to QA strategy and best practices within a global fintech organization High level of autonomy and opportunity to bring your expertise into process improvements Competitive remuneration with regular salary reviews and performance-based incentives Continuous learning and professional development through training budgets and mentorship Medical insurance and pension fund after the probation period Additional perks: team events, free gym membership, company-provided lunches, parking, and a day off on your birthday Journey to FP Markets: Interview with People Function (30–45 min) — to assess culture fit and motivation Technical Interview — to evaluate manual QA expertise and practical testing scenarios Interview with QA Lead / Hiring Manager (45–60 min) — to assess role fit and discuss expectations Join FP Markets and help us deliver robust, high-quality fintech products that power trading experiences worldwide!
