What We’re Looking For We are looking for a talented and experienced Manual QA Engineer to join our QA team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing manual testing of a web and mobile application and creating and maintaining test documentation. You will work closely with product owners, developers, and customer support representatives to ensure product quality, reliability, and seamless user experience. This role is 100% remote, offering flexibility to work from home. What You'll Do Work in close cooperation with product owners, developers, and customer support representatives Create and maintain test documentation (checklists, test cases) Estimate the execution time of testing activities Execute manual testing of web and mobile application: functional, cross-platform, UI (responsive design) Document and maintain defect reports in Jira Analyze and evaluate business requirements with product owners Communicate on any risks from a QA perspective that could affect feature delivery Report to stakeholders on the test execution results Provide support in issues investigation Requirements 3+ years of professional experience in software QA Experience in web and mobile applications testing (end-to-end, UI) Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes Understanding of SDLC in Agile/Scrum Solid knowledge of test design techniques Understanding web technologies: HTML, CSS, client-server architecture, API, JavaScript Good knowledge of SQL for testing purposes is a plus Upper-intermediate level of English Personal skills: Good analytical skills Team player with the ability to work independently Self-motivated, self-disciplined, goal-driven Strong attention to detail and accuracy Problem-solving mindset Good communication skills

Responsibilities
