Description

Description We’re looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join our System E2E Team at Global-e. This team owns the validation of our most critical cross-domain business flows (checkout, payments, shipping, returns, etc.), ensuring every release meets the highest standards before it reaches millions of customers worldwide. As a key member of the E2E team, you won’t just test — you’ll own the business knowledge of Global-e’s end-to-end processes. You’ll be the go-to person for understanding how our systems connect, and you’ll work closely with Product Managers to design real customer scenarios that shape our integration and E2E testing. Responsibilities: Create, execute, and manage manual E2E test cases across critical business flows. Partner with Product Managers to design and refine business scenarios for integration and system testing. Act as the owner of Global-e’s end-to-end business knowledge, ensuring test coverage reflects real customer journeys. Collaborate with domain teams, automation engineers, and stakeholders to validate integrations in a complex microservices environment. Report issues, track defects in Jira, and contribute to release readiness by enforcing quality gates. Support QA-HF cycles for release candidates and hotfixes, making sure no blockers reach production. Requirements 2+ years in manual QA, with strong experience in E2E or integration testing. Solid understanding of QA methodologies (system test plans, regression, UAT). Experience with TestRail (or similar test management tools) and Jira. Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot across domains. Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in constantly changing environment Knowledge of automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium) - advantage API testing experience (Postman, Swagger) - advantage Background in e-commerce or SaaS - advantage Why Join Us Be the business quality owner for Global-e’s end-to-end flows.
