Description

Manual QA Specialist is responsible for ensuring the quality of software products through manual testing and evaluation. The specialist performs essential roles in software verification, documentation preparation, software installation for new clients, and on-site defect fixing for clients. Main Responsibilities: • Conduct manual testing to ensure software functionality, reliability, and efficiency. • Identify and report software defects and suggest improvements, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards. • Create and maintain product documentation. • Handle initial software installation and configuration for new customers. • Provide customer training and technical support. • Perform on-site diagnosis and troubleshooting of software issues. • Collaborate with developers on defect analysis and resolution. • Potential for professional development in automated testing. • Holds an Engineering Degree. • Experience or completed course in QA manual/automation testing. • Experience in SQL & relational databases, with emphasis on MS SQL Server 2012 or higher. • Familiarity with web apps, mainly in React as front-end and .NET Core as backend is a plus. • Familiarity with integration / functional / UI Automation testing is a plus. • Good knowledge of Application Servers (IIS) and Windows server environments. • English language • Analytical thinker, strong problem-solving abilities, customer responsiveness and excellent communication skills. • Solution and delivery-oriented person with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience in a similar position – 0–2 years.
