We are looking for a hands-on Manual QA Team Leader to join our R&D team and lead a group of QA engineers in delivering high-quality software in a fast-paced environment with frequent releases. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on manual testing, infrastructure QA, and close collaboration with Product and R&D teams. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, including task planning and performance management Design and oversee manual testing for web applications (UI, API, regression, integration) Drive QA processes across sprints, releases, and production support Ensure quality of infrastructure components and complex system integrations Troubleshoot production issues and support internal teams with issue diagnosis Participate in feature planning, design reviews, and version readiness REQUIREMENTS 5+ years in QA, with 2+ years as a team leader Experience with frequent deployments and fast-paced release cycles Strong manual testing background with infrastructure-level testing Advanced SQL and DevTools usage Familiarity with tools like Kibana, Sumo Logic, Tableau, or Splunk Strong attention to detail, ownership, and clear communication in English Relevant academic degree advantage Experience from a fintech industry is a plus WHAT WE OFFER Opportunity: Have a major impact at a fast-growing startup that is revolutionizing the FinTech industry Team Culture: A collegial, collaborative, fun work environment with frequent team events Professional Development: Sponsored learning & development program Work Flexibility: A hybrid office work model (In-Office Mon/Tues/Weds and WFH Sun//Thurs)
