Job Description Experience Level - Only For Freshers Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Manual Tester (Fresher) to join our QA team. The candidate will be responsible for testing software applications, identifying bugs, and ensuring the quality and functionality of our products before release. Key Responsibilities: Understand project requirements and functional specifications. Create and execute test cases based on requirements. Perform manual testing (Functional, Regression, Smoke, Integration testing). Identify, report, and track bugs using bug tracking tools. Work closely with developers to resolve issues. Retest fixed bugs and ensure application quality. Maintain proper documentation of test cases and test results. Participate in team meetings and provide testing updates. Required Skills: Basic knowledge of Software Testing and SDLC/STLC. Understanding of test case writing and bug reporting. Familiarity with testing types (Functional, Regression, UAT, etc.). Basic knowledge of SQL (optional but preferred). Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail. Good communication skills. Educational Qualification: BE / BTech (IT, Computer Science) / BCA / MCA or relevant degree. Certification in Software Testing is a plus.
