Antidote Wellness is seeking a reliable practitioner with a strong work ethic. This is an independent, contract-based position for our program serving the neurodiverse, intellectually (ID) and developmentally (DD) different community.
Our program is founded on 30+ years in manual therapy, yoga therapy and trauma informed training.
Do you have your own private practice and would like to add supplemental work through our team approach? Are you intrigued by neurological differences, ongoing supportive training and improving skills to address a diverse set of client’s needs?
We are creating a regionally based team to serve Contra Costa County. This position is for in-Home Services in the Antioch, Concord and Pittsburg areas, with opportunity for office scheduling in the future.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• CAMTC certified or in compliance with CA State laws to practice which pass a background check
• Somatics background
• Possess a valid CA driver’s license, auto registration, and vehicle insurance
• Carry business liability insurance and personal health insurance
• Physically able to provide sessions on mat, in chairs, on massage table
• Skilled in manual therapies, light touch, deep touch
• Understanding and application of Swedish massage, reflexology, pnf stretching, meridian and point work
• Ability to work creatively to meet clients where they are mentally/emotionally and with respect and sensitivity to different cultures
• Competent to provide bodywork modalities through clothing, i.e., shiatsu, acupressure, tuina (manual therapy is provided to clients who are wearing comfortable clothing)

Preferred qualifications:

• Deep listening skills
• Able to provide 12-20 sessions per month with sessions regularly scheduled per agreement (1-2 days per week)
• Competency in meeting therapeutic goals and/or delivering improvements to goal creation/attainment to our clients
• Competency in documentation procedures
• Competency in interpersonal communications

Position specifics:

• Pay is per session and competitive with industry standards
• Annual review of pay and renewal of contracted services
• Ongoing skills and techniques training will be provided
• Oversight of implementation of treatment plan will be guided

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
