The Affordable Group manufactures windows & doors and has been established for over 30 years and supplies the building trade throughout the UK. We have doubled our turnover over the last 5 years and now employ over 370 staff in Blackpool and Poulton-Le-Fylde.
The Affordable Group is a “John Lewis “ type of business where employees [ with 12 months of service ] receive a share in the profits. The profit share for 2023 & 2024 after deductions for every employee is £2000. We believe in promotion from within and almost all senior management started as junior employees.

·Assembly of aluminium products (windows & doors)
Ideally candidate will have experience working in a production environment and have experience using power tools i.e. drills, saws and machinery. although full training will be given.
