FMT is an Aluminum Tank Metal Fabrication Company in the Marine Industry seeking an Engineer to join the team. Candidate should be ambitious self-starters with excellent communication skills, have a passion to learn and Enthusiast or Background in Boating.
Primarily Job Description: Product innovation, design for manufacturability and technical customer service.
Requirements:
2-year technical degree, BS Engineering a plus
AutoCAD or Solid Works, Read blueprints

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes using SolidWorks and AutoCAD to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project scheduling and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Utilize lean manufacturing principles to enhance workflow and productivity within the facility.
• Provide mechanical knowledge and support for tooling, fabrication, and assembly line operations.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
