POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Manufacturer at BakeMark Canada, you will play a vital role in producing high-quality bakery products that meet our customers’ needs. You will be responsible for operating machinery, maintaining product quality standards, and ensuring a smooth production process. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and food quality regulations, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Shifts: Afternoon 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM, Night shift 9 AM - 5 AM

Key Responsibilities:1. Production Operations:

  • Operate production equipment and machinery according to standard operating procedures.
  • Follow recipes and instructions to produce consistent, high-quality products.
  • Monitor production lines to ensure efficient operation and minimal downtime.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Power engineer certification is an asset.
  • Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or food processing is an asset.
  • Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to product quality.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude to operate and troubleshoot equipment.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring physical effort.
  • Capability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
    Hourly rate: 25.37 CAD; With Class 5 Power Engineer certification - 33.99 CAD
