BioSerene, Inc., an FDA-registered and GMP-certified skincare manufacturing company, is hiring a Manufacturer & Process Engineer to join our growing team.
This is a hybrid role for someone who enjoys both hands-on production and quality assurance work. You’ll be involved in equipment, process improvement, batch manufacturing, and helping maintain FDA, GMP, and quality compliance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing and/or quality (cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or food industries preferred)
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP standards, and quality systems
• Mechanically inclined with hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small, fast-paced team environment

• Operate, set up, and troubleshoot skincare manufacturing equipment (mixers, homogenizers, tube fillers, labelers, heat sealers).
• Monitor and optimize batching, filling, and packaging operations for quality and efficiency.
• Support scale-up of new product formulations into full production.
• Assist with preventive maintenance schedules and basic equipment servicing.
• Coordinate with production staff to ensure smooth batch execution and resource planning.
