We are seeking a versatile, hands-on Manufacturing and Quality Manager/Engineer with a solid background in Quality Management Systems, Quality Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Manufacturing Process Improvement. This role supports new product introduction, ensures product quality, and optimizes manufacturing processes to meet operational goals!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or quality engineering, preferably in HVAC or customer fabrication environments
• ASQ Certified Manager of Quality (CMQ/OE) and/or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar systems, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma principles and experience implementing the systems
• Proficient with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred), ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics GP a plus) and Microsoft Office
• Hands-on approach to problem-solving and process improvement
• Preferred experience with sheet metal fabrication, HVAC products, or low-voltage electrical systems
• Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC), Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA), and Design for Manufacturability (DFM)
• Preferred project management experience
