A confidential defense manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing Assembler to join its production team. This role focuses on assembling and repairing electromechanical components that support mission-critical defense systems. Key Responsibilities Perform assembly and repair of electromechanical products using standard manufacturing techniques. Identify and work with correct parts, components, and materials. Read and interpret technical data including schematics, engineering drawings, and assembly instructions. Communicate work status across shifts and with support staff. Document work through computer-based applications and maintain accurate records. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in an orderly condition. Perform light physical tasks, including lifting up to 15 lbs. Required Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or technical/vocational education in a related discipline. At least 1 year of relevant manufacturing or assembly experience. VantageClear credential (or equivalent) U.S. Citizenship (required for security clearance eligibility). Preferred Qualifications Experience interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, or technical drawings. Prior aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing assembly experience.
