Currently hiring for manufacturing assemblers to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As a manufacturing assembler your primary responsibilities will be assembling crossbelts for sorter systems. The ideal manufacturing assembler candidate possesses hands-on experience with hand tools, mechanical aptitude, and can work as a team in a manufacturing environment. Manufacturing Assembler Responsibilities: * Assemble crossbelts for sorter systems according to specifications   * Use and identify various hand tools essential for assembly tasks   * Collaborate with team members and engineers to ensure efficient workflow   * Maintain punctuality and attendance, as consistent presence is critical to project success * Inspect assembled components for quality and accuracy   * Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment  * Assist team members with troubleshooting and problem-solving during the assembly process   * Operate and maintain hand tools and basic power tools safely and properly   * Report any defects or issues to supervisors promptly to prevent delays   * Adhere to production schedules and meet daily output goals   * Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required to improve skills and processes Maintenance Assembler Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing/assembly environment * Proven experience with hand tools and mechanical work   * Ability to identify and utilize tools appropriately   * Mechanical inclined - experience in automotive, construction, or similar fields a plus * Strong team player with excellent attendance and punctuality   * Reliable and detail-oriented * Your own PPE * Your own reliable transportation Benefits: * Weekly pay * Paid time off and Holiday pay * Referral program * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401k
