THE OPPORTUNITY

PWR is growing, and we’re looking for enthusiastic Manufacturing Assistants to join our dynamic team! Be part of a vibrant, hands-on crew producing world-class cooling technology used across motorsport, performance, and high-end industries.
You will be a part of a well structure production line, assembling high end components using a variety of power tools and machinery.
Our team members come from a wide range of backgrounds – from jewelers and mechanics to those with experience in hospitality and fast food. What they all have in common is a strong work ethic, a passion for quality, and a genuine enthusiasm for routine, hands-on tasks. Above all, we value longevity, dedication, and a positive attitude. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Commitment to safety, quality, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret documentation and basic detailed drawings.
  • Use of basic hand tools.
  • Relevant manufacturing or general mechanical experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
  • Must be able to work unsupervised at times and effectively in a team environment.
  • Must have the ability to sustain concentration during repetitive processes.
  • More importantly, your positive attitude, strong work ethic, willingness to learn and flexibility is what makes you stand out
