Meet the team: Our Mesa Manufacturing Team owns the manufacturing, testing, packaging, and shipping of Dexcom G6 & G7 Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) systems for ambulatory use by people with diabetes and by healthcare providers for the treatment of people with diabetes. We are looking for driven and self-motivated leaders to join and help us continue to expand and grow our Mesa Manufacturing organization! Where you come in: You will set up and operate a variety of automatic and semi-automatic machines including robotic assembly. You will be responsible for the overall operation of large-scale manufacturing machinery You will operate feeding materials, adjusting settings, performing minor repairs, and pulling finished products. You will perform from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by supervisor to perform task. You'll operate hand tools, or production equipment You'll follow GMP guidelines You will be able to articulate and communicate to a wide variety of audience and able to train fellow associates. You will obtain a broad understanding and knowledge of the job to perform a wide range of tasks. You will apply job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of tasks. You will possess knowledge and experience working with computers and tablets. What makes you successful: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily You must have experience in operating machinery and use of computers. Experience with training/shadowing and mentoring fellow associates. (preferred). You must have a complete understanding of the job required and task at hand. You should possess the ability to adapt to change, motivated to improve performance, remain calm and reserved, and maintain a proactive mindset in a high stress, fast-paced environment. You should have proficient skills with computer technology. You must understand that assignments are moderately complex in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required. You must understand the nature of decisions demands a consistent accuracy as errors may cause some serious delay, waste of materials or loss of time due to rework or checking revised output.
