Overview Now Hiring Entry Level Manufacturing Associates 1st Shift $15.00 per hr & 2nd Shift $16.50 per hr w/ a 90-day retention bonus of $500! Champion hires through a contract-to-hire program that offers on-the-job training and opportunities exist for advancement. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be fabricating and assembling our custom-made windows, doors, and patio rooms components. This is a full-time position with no prior experience required. Become a Champion and join a growing team! 1st Shift Hours 6am-2:30pm M-F w/ occasional OT on Saturday 2nd Shift Hours 3pm-1:30am M-TH w/ occasional OT on Friday Responsibilities Assembling casements, screens, and panels by hand, with hand tools, or by operating equipment as necessary to produce and process products Operating machines Cutting materials such as glass, metal, or wood Additional duties as needed Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Trade school background or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work occasional overtime including some Saturdays Basic math skills related to measuring / verifying dimensions Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Excellent hand / eye coordination Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Able to understand and comply with all company policies and procedures A positive attitude and solid attendance record!
