  Job Duties and Responsibilities * Uses hand tools or machines to assemble parts * Conducts quality control checks * Cleans and maintains work area and equipment, including tools * Other Duties as assigned  Qualifications   * Ability to work in a lean manufacturing environment with attention to continuous flow and detail.  * Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing  * Excellent work ethic and attendance * Consistently follow all procedures – Including data logging and process flowcharts. * High Quality – Quality is #1 and everyone is accountable for his or her work.  * Must be humble, passionate about your job, and treat others with the greatest of respect Education and Background * High School diploma or equivalent Benefits * Medical, Vision, Dental, and Life Insurance Offered * 401k matching * 4 Day work week 10 hour shifts (some exceptions may apply during busier times) PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Prolonged periods of standing or sitting. * Must wear required eye protection and PPE depending on duties. * Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time. * Must possess the physical dexterity necessary to assemble small product parts.  
Responsibilities
The Manufacturing Associate will assemble parts using hand tools and machinery while conducting quality control checks. They are also responsible for maintaining the work area and equipment according to established procedures.
