EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• High School or General Education Diploma (GED).
• Fork lift experience.
• Thorough understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of machine capabilities.
• SAP experience preferred
• Warehouse Experience preferred
• Excel experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate well with others in planning and scheduling and warehousecoordinators.

• Beginning of shift check with Shipping Coordinator / Warehouse Team Leader regarding assignments and production priorities.
• Responsible for assembling shop papers.
• Associates are required to report non conformance.Ensure workspace is 5S ready, clean and orderly Associates are expected to know performance metrics and work toward targeted objectives
• May perform weekly associate maintenance.
• Associates should proactively report any equipment issues as soon as theybecome aware.
• Assist RD&E with experiments as requested.
• Loading unloading raw materials and finished goods box and flatbed trucks.
• Attention to consistent material handling procedures with an awareness of safe material transport according to environmental and hazardous materials protocols.
• Properly label and package reels for shipment to customer.
• Verify QC paperwork, barcode and data sheets, with reel tag.
• Manage day to day shipments, ensuring proper documentation.
• Management of non-inventory items.
• Assume responsibilities of main shipping coordinator as needed.
• Assist in training in all aspects of finished goods or warehouse responsibilities.
