Description

Associates are directly involved in the manufacturing of these high-demand products! Schedule: 1st shift Monday – Friday 6am to 2pm Responsibilities: * All employees are responsible for maintaining a safe workplace by anticipating, recognizing, and reporting potential hazards, attending required safety training, and adhering to safety protocols. * All safety rules. Safety is everyone's responsibility. * Work successfully in a self-directed team environment. * Able to stand and work for 8-hour shift. * Follow a set of instructions to ensure accurate and efficient production. * Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards * Operates packaging equipment * Makes adjustments and loads materials * Packages products, handle parts, and perform rewinds Qualifications: * Knowledge of basic tools and machinery * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately * High school diploma or GED equivalent Physical Requirements: * Continual standing, pushing, pulling, bending & lifting. * Constant lifting of 15 to 30 pounds * Frequent lifting of 30 to 40 pounds * Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds SCOPE OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) incumbent in this position.
