POSITION SUMMARY · The manufacturing change agent is the responsible person of analyzing, managing and implementing the engineering changes that affect the Manufacturing plant. This person reunites and applies all the multidisciplinary skills that are required to generate high added value in the NPDI and Legacy products. Working with Engineering, DBA, Manufacturing, and Operations teams, the Change Agent is in charge of getting the best design for manufacturability, applying improvement changes and approved deviations. RESPONSIBILITIES · Track the engineering Change Orders (COs) and Deviations through Global Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and processes to ensure timely completion and deployment in multiple regional Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools. · Work with the Engineering team for the definition, modification and improvement of the products, in order to have an accurate Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Bill of Materials (BOMs). · Work with corporate process owners on Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) release and COs peer reviews. · Understand and integrate Change Requests (CRs) originated by manufacturing, operations, and quality necessities. · Generation and follow up of Deviations (Ds) according to the Fit, Form and Function analysis. · Drawings, 3D models and schematics validation for the correct fabrication of the products. · Process Control Codes (PCCs) review and definition for the BOMs used in each production line according to the established capacity, capability and layouts of these. · Impact analysis of the COs and Ds that affect the Organization, coordinating and establishing the required tasks and activities that need to be carried out for each department. · Change Control Board (CCB) management for the excellent implementation of all the changes. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Job Qualifications: · Bachelor's Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field · 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing and mechanical processes · 1-2 years of experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Product Data Management (PDM) systems · Advance English Level – written & verbal · Ability to facilitate positive and effective cross-functional relationships across multiple teams and geographic locations. · Prioritization and urgency sense · Strong leadership and project-management skills Preferred Qualifications: · Expertise in HVAC, Liquid Cooling and Thermal systems. · Master's degree may be preferred. PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS · The role is primarily placed in a manufacturing facility, requiring regular site visits and interaction with production teams. · Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols. · The role involves 50% of administrative responsibilities and 50% of operational responsibilities.
