Description
Develop, implement and manage Operations reporting framework and system. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop, implement and manage data transfer network between tools, applications, CIM and DB. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure related architectures are up to date and DB integrity. Utilize big data analytic to identify area of improvement, not limiting to process yield, cycle time, Tool OEE. Lead / Support line automation projects and initiatives. Highly skilled in reporting software (Tableau, PowerBI etc), CIM, MES and DB architecture. Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication operations preferred. Has developed advanced specialized expertise within an analytical/scientific area to perform the most complex work. Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view
