JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented manufacturing Cleaning Supervisor to join our team.
As a Supervisor you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in various areas across a large manufacturing plant looking after a team of operatives. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working independently and as part of a team along with taking pride in their work. You will also be required to complete your own cleaning duties alongside the supervision of your team of operatives.

    Shifts patterns are set as below:
    Night Shift 11pm-7am
    Shift is fixed for that time Sunday to Thursday.
    Additional hours can be picked up to help support the onsite team and additional client requests.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, use of cleaning machinery and waste management
  • Responding to reactive cleans around the site when requested using site radios
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the on site manager
  • Adherence to site HSE requirements at all times while performing scheduled cleaning tasks
  • Leading others in the cleaning and maintaining of the site
