QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preparatory or Equivalent Technical Career.
  • Proficient in English language (Preferred)
  • Kaizen Certification (Preferred)
  • Knowledge and skills to successfully develop the responsibilities of the position.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience related to the position.
  • Or 25% to 50% of the completed Professional Career (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of GMP’s and GDP’s good manufacturing practices
  • Ability to handle computational packages (Word, Excel, Power Point), use of email, knowledge in production systems.
  • Communication skills.
  • Basic/elementary English (preferably)
Responsibilities

Completes tasks for the support function of the Manufacturing Assembly area under general supervision, and follows routine administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
Assists with set up, operation, maintainence, and troubleshooting of machinery/equipment.
Helps monitor and install components of basic in-process products, assemblies, or sub-assemblies on the assembly line.
Builds competency with routine machinery.
Ensures precision of daily assembly production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis.
Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.

You will be responsible for:

  • It generates reports through business systems such as JDE among others and consolidates the information for production control of the business unit (production, yield).
  • Prepares necessary reports for the Business Unit such as headcount, MUV, scrap, absorption, cycle time, among others.
  • Participates in the development of annual business plan and updates over the course of the year.
  • Coordinates scheduling of business unit meetings and trainings.
  • Assists the Unit in the coordination of special programs.
  • He is trained to perform GMP’S audits.
  • Is responsible for communicating business-related matters or opportunities to the next managerial level
  • For those who supervise or manage personnel, they are responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all of the Company’s guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environment practices and that all necessary resources to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.
  • Is responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State and Local company regulations, policies and procedures
  • Performs other assigned tasks as needed
  • Active member and leader in Kaizen Program and / or continuous improvement projects.
  • Leads the financial report of the business unit with the metrics: MUV, CIP, CAPEX, ABS, among others.
  • Leads the report of production metrics per shift for the goals of: % of Production released against planned (Status 550,555, 930, 950), YIELD, Meta MPS, KANBAN, among others
  • Provide specific technical support for special projects, pilot operations, processes or products
