YOUR EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS.

  • Pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, engineering, organizational leadership or other related field having completed year one in two-year college or sophomore year in four-year college/university.
  • Passion for learning and growing in the manufacturing industry
  • Ability to multi-task and take initiative
  • Strength with strategic and analytical thinking
  • Interest in data collection, analysis, and turning findings into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and vehicle required. There is no mass/public transit system to/from corporate housing location to company locations.

Responsibilities
  • Learn to influence individuals and teams in a safe and efficient manner within the manufacturing environment
  • Assist with implementation and managing the completion of production plans
  • Apply good leadership techniques to achieve or exceed the expected level of Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People related metrics
  • Collect, analyze, and report on operational data to support continuous improvement, efficiency gains, and problem-solving efforts.
  • Help with ideas to improve current processes
  • Attend meetings with Supervisors and Managers to gain understanding of current projects/focuses
  • Participate in problem solving to overcome production related problems, materials shortages, equipment malfunctions and unavoidable delays where possible to reduce their impact on operations
