Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 2 years relevant experience; or a Master’s degree.

Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required within a reasonable period of time. Responsibilities for this Position:
General Dynamics Mission Systems has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Control Account Manager (CAM). The position provides an opportunity to enhance the performance and profitability of an organization that supports some of our nation’s fundamental defense services. General Dynamics Mission Systems employees work closely with esteemed customers to develop solutions that allow them to carry out high-stakes national security missions.
This position is responsible for providing cost and schedule management and analysis for programs. The Manufacturing CAM will develop the program time-phased cost or schedule baseline within the contract parameters in conjunction with the program team. You will analyze program performance (historical and predictive), monitor the forecasted completion data, and make recommendations to Project Lead and Manufacturing Management. The analyst is an individual contributor taking direction from manager or team lead.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Knowledge of EVMS
• Experience with EV Cost tools
• Knowledge of material resource planning (MRP) systems and material procurement
• Manufacturing experience
• Ability to gather data to support efforts to reduce cost

• Coordinates and performs cross functional tasks in support of the operations/manufacturing organization
• May lead the development of manufacturing and operations plans, schedules, and facilitates assigned projects
