We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Manufacturing Finance Analyst to support the financial planning, reporting, and analysis of our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Manufacturing Finance Controlling Lead to provide insights into costs, performance metrics, and financial efficiency. This role is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for manufacturing finance to grow within a dynamic organization.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or related roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms, OneStream). Advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, PowerPoint) is a plus.
• Strong aptitude for analyzing complex data sets and presenting clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey financial information to diverse audiences. German language skills are highly desirable. Other European languages are an asset.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proactive mindset to identify challenges and recommend effective solutions.
