Our R&D department based in Nonantola (MO) is a center of global competence for Compact Hydraulic products Job Description Our Manufacturing department is looking for a Project Manager for the Nonantola (MO) site. The selected candidate will work within the Manufacturing team as a Project Manager, coordinating production relocation projects across the Group’s plants, from product development through to the market introduction of the first samples. Main responsibilities: Coordinate and support project teams during product relocation processes. Manage the development and transfer of manufacturing processes, ensuring the dissemination of know-how and production technologies across the plants. Collaborate in the preparation of technical documentation (BOMs, assembly and testing instructions, PFMEA, Control Plans). Verify, together with the Quality department, compliance of manufacturing processes with the standards defined by the lead plant. Supervise the quality of initial supplies from LCC suppliers in collaboration with the Purchasing department. Work with Controlling to ensure product profitability after relocation. Support the definition of product localization strategies based on market data and customer feedback. Support monthly reporting activities related to investments and WE. Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, quality, or engineering environments. Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, technical drawings, and hydraulic functions. Excellent command of the English language. Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, CAM, POI-E). Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with ERP systems (Apache, GPS) is considered a plus.
