Responsibilities

Gyptech is seeking a Manufacturing/Fabrication Coordinator to assist in managing external fabrication shops. This role will be reporting to the Fabrication & Expediting Manager - Europe. Your role will involve:

  • Coordinating job inspections with the lead designers and team members
  • Working within the Fabrication team environment
  • Monitoring and visiting assigned fabrication shops on a regular basis
  • Inspecting equipment builds throughout the process (dimensional checks, welding, paint, etc.)
  • Following up on timely releases of parts to ensure there are no delays in assembly of equipment
  • Resolving drawing issues from shops with designers
  • Coordinating between the fabrication shop and logistics for shipment

This position is based out of our office in Germany or Sweden and will require regular travel to different fabrication shops throughout Europe.
