Oversee all cost accounting activities, including standard cost calculation, actual cost tracking, inventory valuation, and monthly closing for machinery production. 2. Conduct deep-dive variance analysis and investigate root causes with production teams. 3. Partner with Engineering to validate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routings, and to cost new product introductions (NPI) and custom projects. 4. Prepare and deliver standardized regular cost performance reports to plant and finance management, highlighting key trends, variances, and risks. 5. Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs (e.g., cost per unit, scrap rates, overhead absorption efficiency) to monitor operational performance. 6. Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and modelling to support business decisions. 7. Maintain and update global reporting templates and databases, ensuring consistency and compliance with group accounting guidance. 8. Ensure robust internal controls over inventory and production costing in line with both local and global polices. Qualifications Job requirement: 1. Bachelor's degree. Major: Finance, Accounting or related major. 2. Minimum 3 years of cost accounting reporting experience, specifically in machinery, heavy equipment manufacturing. 3. Proven experience in a multinational company environment, with a clear understanding of the reporting and collaboration dynamics between local entities and global headquarters. 4. Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written) are critical. 5. Expertise in manufacturing cost reporting and variance analysis; experience in preparing and submitting reports for a corporate audience is essential. 6. Advanced ERP skills and expert-level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for creating management reports. 7. Proactive, outgoing, and collaborative personality. Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and the ability to build effective working relationships across different geographies and time zones.
