We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Accountant (Manufacturing) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cost accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making processes. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as proficiency in various accounting software and systems.

• Prepare and analyze cost reports to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
• Conduct cash flow analysis and forecasting to support budgeting processes.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations in all financial reporting activities.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliation and general ledger accounting tasks to maintain accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data for financial analysis and reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets.
• Utilize accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, Quicken, Sage, Xero, or other ERP systems for financial reporting and analysis.
• Conduct account reconciliation and account analysis to ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
