Job Title: Manufacturing Cyber Security Practitioner Location: Samlesbury - Onsite Salary: £47,683+ (DoE) What you’ll be doing: Create, update, and deploy Cyber processes, policies, training & communications to ensure the security posture of our manufacturing facilities and supporting Manufacturing Engineering toolsets Provide and monitor Cyber governance for all manufacturing facilities (Process Confirmations/Manufacturing Assurance Statement Review) Support and delivery of Cyber Assessments OT & IT Investigate Cyber incidents and provide guidance on incident response Support and mentor technology improvement projects to enhance the security of our manufacturing systems (i.e. Sheep Dip Solutions, OT Imaging) Your skills and experiences: Essential: Manufacturing Operational experience (utilising Industrial Control Systems /Maintenance/Facilities) IT, Manufacturing Engineering or STEM related qualification (HND or Higher) Understanding of IT and OT integration and security requirements Stakeholder engagement skills with an ability to build and maintain effective relationships Ability to work resourcefully and maintain multiple projects simultaneously Desirable: Cyber Certifications (CISSP, CompTIA Security+ or alternative) Experience with incident response and vulnerability organisation Knowledge of cyber-security best practices and industry standards (i.e. ISO/IEC 27001, NIST Benefits: As well as a competitive pension scheme, BAE Systems also offers employee share plans, an extensive range of flexible discounted health, wellbeing and lifestyle benefits, including a green car scheme, private health plans and shopping discounts - you may also be eligible for an annual incentive. The team develops, deploys, and maintains secure digital manufacturing systems that underpin Air Sector production.
