Manufacturing Delivery Lead – Riftbound Pacific Time Zone Based We’re looking for a Manufacturing Delivery Lead to coordinate production-phase delivery for Riftbound following product readiness handoff. This role focuses on task tracking, workflow coordination, milestone visibility, and cross-team follow-through from manufacturing intake through production completion and beyond. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and internal partners to ensure required inputs are delivered on time and approvals occur as planned. UVS Games is a fast-growing publisher dedicated to bringing the world's best IPs to the tabletop, since 2006. From My Hero Academia and Godzilla to Star Trek and Street Fighter, we have built a reputation for blending deep tactical gameplay with fan-favorite universes. Following the global launch of Riftbound (the League of Legends Trading Card Game) on October 31st, 2025, we are entering a phase of explosive expansion. This role may require travel between Los Angeles, CA, Seattle, WA, and other locations. Responsibilities: * Own post-readiness delivery tracking and follow-through for Riftbound manufacturing and production workstreams * Create and structure Asana tasks based on Manufacturing and Production requirements * Develop and maintain workflows, templates, and documentation to support consistent planning * Facilitate planning sessions and check-ins with Manufacturing and Production stakeholders * Review factory timelines and flag alignment or adjustment needs to the Senior Project Manager * Coordinate internal task creation and follow-through for manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics deliverables * Track task readiness and approval milestones, ensuring dependencies are met on schedule * Monitor production milestones, identify risks early, and escalate with context * Support the production-to-logistics handoff by ensuring documentation, timing, and dependencies are clearly tracked * Provide weekly status updates and participate in project sync meetings * Other duties as assigned What we’re looking for * Experience supporting manufacturing, production, or delivery coordination for physical products * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple production workstreams * Clear written and verbal communication * Comfort working in deadline-driven environments with multiple stakeholders * Experience creating and managing tasks in Asana or similar tools * Ability to track dependencies, approvals, and milestone readiness across teams Nice to have * Experience with print production, packaging, or physical product manufacturing * Familiarity with proofing cycles, revisions, and file readiness needs for physical production of printed goods * Experience working with licensed products or external approval workflows * Familiarity with supply chain or vendor-managed production timelines Compensation & Benefits: * Competitive base salary * Employer-sponsored health plans (Medical, Dental, Vision) * Paid Vacation * Paid Sick & Safe Time * Paid Holidays * Paid Maternity/Paternity Leave * Product Discounts Salary: The salary range for this role is $70,000-$90,000 EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER: UVS Games provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
