Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Manufacturing Electrical Engineer to join our team in Arifiye, Türkiye. Within the Manufacturing engineering team, you will be responsible of all electrical manufacturing engineering deliverables, you will manage assembly functionally and testing (Schematics & Apparatus and Mechanical routing). Planning, control and monitoring of production and assembly processes of rail vehicles Support external production and suppliers from start of production until handover of the rail vehicles to commissioning Continuous improvement in material flow and production process Assembly progress check (Time studies) and balance with assembly and production planning Management of Open Item Lists (OIL) in Production Management and tracking of execution Performing production oriented continuous improvement process and enforcement of required Design, Supply or Quality Changes Ensuring the information flow between the necessary departments for the completion of production processes (Quality - Purchasing - Engineering Departments etc.) To follow up the controls and implementation of Quality NCR reports created for quality problems Leading the Change Process implementations (CRF) in production site and transferring the know-how to main sub-supplier and negotiating cost management of the supplier for extra rework costs. To produce / intervene in urgent solutions and permanent solutions to problems encountered during commissioning. Leading customer visits/inspections and organizing customer’s requests/changes regarding the final product in production site. Leading the factory acceptance inspections at production site with the final customer. Qualifications Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology Minimum 5 years of experience in similar functions Experience with 3D CAD software necessary (e.g. Teamcenter & JT2Go) Minimum level B2 in English (fluent), German is a plus Railway or Rolling Stock electrical engineering knowledge Experience / Key Tasks Design, layout, and support electrical systems, including control boxes, wiring, motors, drives, CAN networks, and power distribution Support system integration, maintain bills of materials, and ensure compliance with EMC/IEC standards Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and suppliers to optimize quality, manufacturability, cost, and procurement of electrical solutions Knowledge of industrialization, vehicle interfaces, and communication networks; experience with PLC/C/C++ is a plus Skills Strong hands-on experience with electrical schematics, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical data; process-minded and data-driven Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel) and using electrical testing equipment Strong collaboration, communication, and mentorship skills; able to work effectively in a global environment Additional Information EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Responsibilities: Compliance with EHS policies and regulations.
