Description
Execute virtual builds for process modules across various Lam product families, including purchased assemblies like Power Boxes, Gas Boxes etc. Ensure accurate accommodation of configuration options during the build Derive M-BOM from the assigned Engineering BOM (E-BOM), ensuring alignment with manufacturing requirements and readiness for production Perform BOM comparison to validate consistency and completeness between CAD and SAP BOM Develop a detailed Process Plan and define the Sequence of Events (SoE) Partner on virtual build activities to share workload with Global Manufacturing Engineers and proactively identify potential issues prior to physical build execution. Handover finalized documents to the Pilot Manufacturing team to support the physical build Attend design reviews with Product Engineering and provide key inputs related to manufacturability, assembly feasibility, and process optimization Drive and lead CIP projects within the virtual manufacturing team Master's / Bachelor's in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Production / Industrial Engineering with minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant industry experience for Bachelor's and 3 to 5 years for Masters Proficiency working in Delmia (3DExperience preferred) or any other virtual/digital manufacturing software Experience in defining assembly sequence, M-BOM, DFMA assessment, ergonomic simulation, and hand tool reachability/accessibility studies for assembly process Experience in creating Operation Method Sheets (OMS)/Sequence of Events (SoE) or Work instructions for large assemblies Exposure to design reviews with cross functional teams like engineering and manufacturing to identify/resolve potential build issues Independent problem solving and issue resolution capabilities with good understanding of problem-solving techniques Experience in assembling product in a manufacturing set-up Knowledge on Semiconductor equipment and its assembly process Knowledge of Siemens products like Teamcenter Easy Plan, Op-Center, etc. Exposure to problem solving methodologies Excellent communication (written & verbal) & presentation skills
