JOB DESCRIPTION

The Manufacturing Engineer will design, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes to produce HVAC products efficiently. This role involves developing and implementing production processes, improving operational efficiencies, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Proficiency in manufacturing engineering.
  • Experience in process improvement.
  • Knowledge in developing and managing Bills of Material (BOM).
  • Ability to create and follow work instructions.
  • Experience with AutoCAD.
  • Familiarity with Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Engineering Change Requests (ECR).

ADDITIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • HVAC experience.
  • Experience with sheet metal or industrial piping-related manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with machining and MRP systems.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and update Bills of Material and Installation and Operational Manuals.
  • Provide required support to meet team objectives.
  • Provide project support and leadership in developing and introducing new products.
  • Develop and maintain process descriptions and work instructions.
