JOB SUMMARY

Alpha Poly Corporation, a leader in innovative flexible packaging solutions, is seeking a proactive Manufacturing Engineer to optimize and support our production operations. This role focuses on process development, continuous improvement, quality enhancement, and implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices to boost productivity, reduce waste, and drive operational excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related).
• 3–5 years’ manufacturing experience; 2+ years in flexible packaging or roll-to-roll/box preferred.
• Strong knowledge of flexible packaging equipment (flexo presses, pouch making, slitters, laminators).
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, quality tools, and process improvement.
• Proficiency in CAD, PLCs/control systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and safety-focused team player.
