Job Description: Specific duties will include the identification and management of process technical requirements, provision of expertise into the risk management process, provision of engineering support to the tendering process, implementation of Safe System of Work in line with Company and Statutory requirements and the technical management of the commissioning and qualification process. Core duties: Develop manufacturing processes aligned to engineering plans and budgets; robust, timely, cost-effective, customer-focused Ensure processes meet industry controls for long-term stability: Lean, Control Plans, PFMEAs, capability, safe work Specify and qualify new equipment with suppliers; meet tight deadlines, regulatory compliance, and safety standards Coordinate development to generate data underpinning processes, materials understanding, and adopted plant technologies Present clear verbal and written updates to management and stakeholders on process status and KPIs Essential Skills: Minimum HNC/HND in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Chemical Engineering or equivalent discipline Strong technical and manufacturing foundation; proactive, resilient, and effective under pressure Ability to prioritise changing workloads while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines CAPEX & Operation Support: This role is responsible for the development of manufacturing processes from concept through to commissioning and qualification.
