Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Design and develop assembly routing for centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, turbo expander and new products for energy transitions ;
  • Support operations to ensure technical alignment with the routing design and quality and HSE requirements;
  • Be involved in the non-conformity management process, giving support on technical side (ENG and quality control interface);
  • Develop digital tools and processes to improve MFG ENG design and management;
  • Link information between different departments to ensure smooth and synchronized execution;
  • Implementing improvements and corrective actions on Fixtures;
  • Analyzing operator’s feedback and new ideas, to identify improvement opportunities;
  • Lead and coordinate Continuous Improvement cell path , leading and supporting projects focused on eliminating waste and improving efficiency

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor’s in a technical field from an accredited University (Mechanical/Management Engineering) or technical diploma with good experience within Manufacturing environment
  • Have the capacity to understand a range of engineering functions and procedures
  • Have the ability in coordinating the job of external Contractors and engineering
  • Have a demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Have the ability to accomplish goals through collaborative efforts, managing the working time in a flexible way
  • Show good skills with Excel and Power Point
  • Be a good team player and display good communication and problem solving skills
  • Be fluent in Italian and Englis
