Belden Universal is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our tight-knit advanced manufacturing team. You will have the opportunity to ‘wear many hats’ and face new and interesting challenges every day coordinating manufacturing operations from the front office. Belden Universal is an AS9100 manufacturer of universal joints and drive shafts and a global leader in this specialized market. We serve the Aerospace, Defense, Medical Device, and Industrial Machinery markets, helping them solve their most challenging power transmission applications within a rigorous AS9100 quality framework.

• Open, close, maintain production workorders
• Understand our manufacturing processes, incorporate processes into routings that can be economically manufactured
• Review of backorder report; communicate status of items & tasks to teams
• Manage cycle counts with Inventory Control Manager
• Correct time logs in job software system
• MRP Monthly Audit
• Analyze and interpret technical data
• Operate in a cross-functional team environment, both domestic and international.
• Other duties as assigned by Production Scheduler
